Twas The Night Before Christmas Pajamas

Every year, either I or Santa , make sure there are new "jammies" under the tree for my daughter.  And this year she really needs them.  She's grown out of everything.  The poor thing has been squeezing into pajamas that seemed to fit yesterday, but are suddenly too small.  How did that happen?

Well, there certainly are some fun choices out there with the themes she loves.  Blue cats, teddy bears  and cute R2D2.

I have a hard time getting her to wear slippers, but I thought these Sully and Hello Kitty slippers are so adorable I might be able to convince her to wear them:)

Boots & Bags

Now that it has cooled down from 90 degrees to a mere 79 degrees, I am optimistically thinking of Fall.  Boots are number one on my cool weather list.  I can't say cold weather, because cold around here is usually only 60 degrees.  I know that will just make people laugh, who experience real cold weather.

Transition From Summer To Fall With Julep Nail Polish

As Summer is coming to a close, I am looking forward to Fall.  I'm longing for cooler weather, but I am already missing the fun lazy days of Summer.  So I am saying goodbye to Summer with this beautiful rich papaya creme "Princess Grace" nail polish from Julep.  And I am saying hello to Fall with "Brielle", a deep autumn orange creme.

Summer is here and my sunglasses are falling apart on me.  I'm looking around for a new pair.  These Dior sunglasses are not really in my budget, but they sure are fun to look at!

Vivienne Westwood Plaid

I just love the cut of a Vivienne Westwood dress.  And this plaid is so pretty.  With this cute wallet instead of a big heavy purse to weigh you down and these adorable ballet flats instead of heels, I'm sure I could be comfy (in a stylish way) running around all day.

Summer Is Coming, Better Get New Flip Flops!

I know in a lot of places, the weather has not warmed up yet.  But here in California, it is expected to be 84 degrees on Easter Sunday.  So it is definitely sandal weather.  

Last week I was running late to pick up my daughter from school and just reached for some flip flops, and recoiled in horror.  All of my flip flops were mangled and dirty.  Only fit for gardening!  So I am taking a page out of my friends' book.   I have two friends (both named Lisa) who live in flip flops year round.  All cute flip flops.  

I hit The Citadel, an outlet shopping mall in Los Angeles, and found an entire wall of really adorable flip flops at Pac Sun!  It was difficult to choose just one pair, but we had a lot of things on our list to get that day, and not much time.

I finally settled on this pair to be my first for the season.

Here are some others on my list.  Now I just have to get a pedicure!!
